My buddies and I are like, the biggest fans of The Smashing Pumpkins. I mean, the BIGGEST. They’re on tour right now, and they were coming to Portland a couple months ago. I guess everyone grows up with a different idea of how to manage money.  My parents lived like it was still the Great Depression.  Cyndi’s dad once told me that greed IS good (never mind he didn’t have the money to fund it).

So in our brief, two year marriage, I was the one who stayed up late at night paying the bills.
