I’m so sad without her. I honestly just sit around some days and not even bother getting up. It’s a crazy feeling, not wanting to go anywhere or do anything. But that’s what happens when you’re in love and then you lose the girl you love. You just die a little bit inside. And there isn’t much you can do about it. All you can do is scheme and try to get her back… but most of it will be in vain.

Portland is my favorite city in the whole wide world.  It is such a cool place to be.  A lot of people from California come here because they get tired of all the riff raff from there.  That and they probably don’t like the earthquakes or the fact that California could some day fall in the ocean.  I just moved here from small town Montana though.  Its a lot more expensive here than I thought.  My car insurance rates went up and my rent is higher.  Everything costs more here.  I don’t know how small town people make the transition.  I am so broke right now I don’t know what to do.  I got bills up the rear.  That ain’t no joke.  My family is tired of supporting, so I’m going to have to find a different way to get some cash.  I can’t find any work either because I am a student part of the time.  So I don’t know - living in the city can be very frustrating!

I still can’t get over her reaction. I brought my fiancee to the most beautiful patch of land just outside Beaverton. I looked at it and told her how much I wanted to build a nice little house on it. I’ve never been a big fan of shopping. I don’t like paying for stuff I get to keep. So you can imagine that when I went to best buy to see if my USB drive would work on their computers (because I was considering buying one) and then it shut off suddenly and stopped working, I was a little flustered. Flustered at first but then when they said I was going to have to pay for it, I got frustrated.

I couldn’t believe it. They claimed that my USB had a virus on it. Now that I think about it this may have been true. I mean my drive hadn’t been working on my computer. I’ve been having trouble making up my mind lately. I don’t know if it’s normal. I just seem to make a decision and then two seconds later I will say “No, no, no, that’s not what I want” It’s the strangest thing. I think it’s normal though. A lot of people have trouble with that.
